This page has been created as a supporting resource for Daytona training. It contains all of the different styles the site is capable of displaying with advice on how to use them.

CORPORATE

Headings should be placed in order on a page. A heading 2 style indicates a section of content all of one type. If you introduce a new topic, make sure to put a new heading 2 in place. Heading three styles can be used for sub sections within a main section.

Consider the balance between the size of the image and the text you are pairing it with. If you only have a small amount of copy a large image may feel overwhelming.

If you only have a little bit of content consider switching your image to text ratio. (You can do this by changing your left column width to either 1/3, 1/2 or 2/3. Your right column will respond accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions are best placed inside accordions and can be supported by a small amount of text that help to outline what types of questions will be answered.

Probably a beaver, as beavers are one of few animals that modify their habitat.

Beavers build watertight dams made of woven sticks, reeds, branches and saplings caulked together with mud and rocks. The dams form slow-moving ponds that reduce stream erosion and provide brand new habitat for small fish and other aquatic wildlife. Rocks make up a large part of dams. Beavers at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo can even be spotted moving rocks around their habitat.

Can you do two columns of FAQ's side by side?

Yes! but then you'll want to add a full width content block above them to make sure you introduce the purpose of the FAQs. Example: Frequently asked questions about the build process.

You can add buttons to help the user quickly and easily access the video directly on YouTube. This can be good for accessibility but can also help users find playlists with more videos.
