In a significant stride towards sustaining our planet for future generations, the Tacada family is thrilled to celebrate Earth Day by announcing our partnership with Project Forest as a Gold Woodland Partner. This partnership marks our commitment to not just build thoughtfully crafted homes in communities across Canada but also nurture the environment and support communities in meaningful ways.

Our partnership with Project Forest aligns seamlessly with our ongoing efforts to ensure a sustainable future. We are sponsoring the Project Forest Cumberland House Cree Nation Food and Medicine Forest, located in the heart of Cumberland House Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. This goes beyond planting trees, it is a comprehensive approach to restoring the ecosystem, empowering the community, preserving traditional ways of life, and improving access to traditional food and medicines.

This initiative in collaboration with Project Forest is deeply rooted in our broader vision for a sustainable future. By combining our efforts in thoughtful home-building with environmental stewardship, we are building homes for families today and sustaining Earth for generations to come.

Treaty Six Territory

We acknowledge that the land on which the Daytona Homes Edmonton office resides is on Treaty Six Territory–a traditional meeting ground, gathering place, and travelling route for many indigenous people. We honour and respect the history, languages, ceremonies and culture of the First Nations, Metis and Inuit who call this territory home.
