We are so happy!
Hear from Nadhine to learn more about what made her experience with Daytona Homes so special.
We know that a new home is the biggest purchase of your life, and it's so important to find the home that is right for you and your family. When you purchase a Daytona home, you join the Daytona family. Each home is crafted with care, and each homeowner is more than just a number.
Within 10 days of choosing your home, our sales team will help you complete your purchase agreement. Your Daytona sales team are experts in this field and you can lean on them with any questions or concerns you may have.
Once conditions are removed and you've made a deposit, you'll be on your way to owning your new home!
Next up is a pre-construction review where a member of the construction team will review final plans and the target delivery date. You'll sign-off on the home drawings and confirm any and all changes you've requested are incorporated in these final plans, including your exterior colours.
If construction hasn't already started, it will be underway now. Your pre-drywall tour occurs at a rough mechanical stage with your Daytona representative and/or a member of the construction team. This is a quick check-in for you to see progress on the approved plan. At 35 days before possession day, we will provide you a date for your homeowner orientation.
Your home is built! Now it's time for your homeowner orientation, one week prior to the closing day, with a member of the construction team. You'll get to demo your new home features and learn about any maintenance or warranty information, as well as discuss the set-up of your utilities. You'll also review your purchase documents and sign your mortgage with your lawyer.
The Daytona sales team and other office staff will reach out to ensure everything is going smoothly. 30-60 days after possession you'll have your primary warranty visit, and 10-11 months after possession you'll have your anniversary warranty visit to ensure everything is working well and you're happy in your Daytona home. Regardless of any timelines, the Daytona team is here for you when it comes to any concerns and questions. Please reach out anytime!
