Seasonal Work and Landscaping

Seasonal Work and Landscaping

Seasonal work takes place between early summer through to the fall. To ensure maximum efficiency during the summer, some of these tasks are carried out area by area, rather than by possession date.

*Please be aware that concrete pouring, grading, and landscaping are highly dependent on stretches of dry weather.

Inspection and Deposits

The release of your deposit occurs once the final developer inspection has been approved. To verify that the community’s design and landscaping standards are met, the developer engages independent consultants for inspections. [Review your community guidelines below to complete your landscaping and request the Final Developer Inspection when you’re prepared.]

Treaty Six Territory

We acknowledge that the land on which the Daytona Homes Edmonton office resides is on Treaty Six Territory–a traditional meeting ground, gathering place, and travelling route for many indigenous people. We honour and respect the history, languages, ceremonies and culture of the First Nations, Metis and Inuit who call this territory home.
